A band at a cabaret in Auckland has been sewed with notice terminating Us engagement on Thursday in view of an Australian dance band starting on Friday. It is pointed out that this is the second occasion in four months that an Australian band has been engaged for a New Zealand cabaret. . , , , The union was to meet 10-mght. and is assured of the support of the Alliance of Labour.
