Mr Edgar Hoover,, director of the Federal Investigation Department, announces that the Lindbergh law since its enactment in 1932, has rej suited in four death sentences for ! kidnapping, 33 sentences of life trr- ! prisonment, and 171 persons receni ing terms aggregating 2229 years' ! imprisonment.
