SUMNER-REDCLIFFS PLUNKET SOCIETY
♦ Mrs A. W. Beaven presided at the regular meeting of the Sumner-Red-cliffs branch of the Plunket Society. Mrs Beaven gave a report on the business dealt with at the recent conference held in Christchurch. It was decided to hold the annual cake stall in the vestibule of the Sumner Town Hall on November 28. The nurse’s report showed that the visits to the Sumner room were:— Adults, 65: babies, 61; new cases, 3; older children, 3. The visits to the rooms at lledcliffs were:—Adults, 38; babies, 38; older children, 2. Visits to homes in Redcliffs were:—New cases, 3; old cases. 9.
