LIBEL WRITS ISSUED
* MACMAHON INCIDENT
LONDON, October 7,
Writs for libel are being issued on behalf of George Andrew MacMahon against 263 cinemas respecting pictures taken of the revolver incident at Constitution Hill on July 16.
Such of the cable news in mis issue as is so headed has appeared in “The Times," and is sent to this paper by special permission. It should be understood that the opinions are not those of “The Times” unless expressly stated to be so.
