BRITISH OFFICER LEAVES FOR NEW ZEALAND LONDON* October 1. Appointed by the Air Ministry, Wing Commander R. A. Cochrane will leave for New Zealand tomorrow to advise on the subjec. of air defence. He is a graduate of the Imperial Defence College and he Royal Air Foixe Staff College.
