MILEAGE DOUBLED IN LAST YEAR (»amsH omui muuusj RUGBY, September IS. A report on the progress of civil aviation shows a marked expansion in the use of air travel and transports. The mileage of British civil’ aircraft on Continental, and - internal services is more than double that of last year. Passengers increased 60 per cent, and mails .300 per cent.
