In a fast professional wrestling bout at Ashburton last evening, Bob Kruse (America). 15st 41b, beat Rebel Russell (America), 15st. by two falls to one. AU the falls were submissions. Bussell took his fall with an Indian deathlock in the fourth round, and Kruse gained falls in the sixth and seven rounds with a hammerlock. The match, which was held by the Ashburton Wrestling Association, attracted a good crowd. In the first round Kruse applied an arm-stretch, but Russell countered with a head scissors.
