Admitting that lie had stolen goods valued at £217 from the firmi of outfitters by whom he was employed, John Burns, aged 29. a wincjowdresser, alleged that he carned out the theft? at the suggestion of another man. He was committed to the Supreme Court for sentence, Arthur Ernest Tapp, aged 44. a billiards marker, was oharged with receivlng goods valued at £lB from John Burns, knowing them tp have been dishonestly obtained. He was remanded till Thursday.
