Tlie City Council formally adopted last night a by-law dealing with traffic control, particularly affecting licensed vehicles and drivers of such at the Christchurch railway station. The bylaw prohibits touting for passengers, and makes it an offence to trespass on any of the garden plots under the control of the council. The council recently constructed a garden plot outside the station.
