RUGBY, August 7.
The War Office announces that Major-General J. M. R. Harrison has been appointed commander of the Second Anti-aircraft Division, which is to b# formed to provide further anti-aircraft defences for the |iloiands and the North of England with units of the Royal Artillery And infantry of the Territorial Army, as announced last. month.
