THREE FURTHER CHARGES AGAINST M’ARTHUR (PRESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) WELLINGTON, July 3. ' At the conclusion of the hearing of evidence on the three further charges against him. in the Magistrate’s Court to-day. John William Shaw McArthur, company director, formerly of Auckland, pleaded not guilty, reserved his defence, and was committed by Mr E. D. 'Mosley, S.M., to the Supreme Court for trial. The evidence was similar to that given on the first charge. The hearing of another three charges will commerce on Monday.
