GOVERNMENT BUYS BUS SERVICE
WELLINGTON-KHANDALLAH ROUTE (rust ASSOCIATION TILIGUU.) WELLINGTON, June 13. The Minister for Railways (tho Hon. D. G. Sullivan) announced to-day that arrangements had been completed for taking over the bus services operated by the Bell Bus Company on the Wel-li’ngton-Ngaio-Khandallah route, which will be operated by the Railways Department from July 1. Negotiations, the Minister stated, were carried through amicably as between the vendors and the department.
