PREPARATIONS BY LABOUR I* ARTY Plans for the Labour party’s campaign in the Tramway Board election at the end of the year will be discussed at a meeting of the North Canterbury Labour Representation Committee on Thursday. A date for the closing of nominations will be determined. and the committee will also decide how many seats will be contested.
