XTOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that it is the Intention of the Mount Herbert County Council, at its next meeting, to be held on Friday, 3rd July, 1936, to make and levy under the provisions of the Counties Act 1920 and Rating Act 1926 and amendments, on all rateable property in the Port Levy and Port Victoria Ridings, a General and Special Rates (inclusive) of one penny in the pound, as follows: A General Rate of decimal 674 of one penny in the pound. A Special Rate of decimal 076 of one penny in the pound to cover Interest and Sinking Fund on Debentures securing loan of £ISOO. A Special Hate of decimal 280 of one penny in the pound to cover North Canterbury Hospital Hoard Levy.
