JUGOSLAVIAN WOOL AND COTTON HOPE OF BARTERING FOR ENTIRE GRAIN CROP (Received June 12, 8.21 p.m.) LONDON, June 11. The Belgrade correspondent of the “Daily Telegraph” says that Dr. Schacht (German Minister for National Economy) arrived by air. It is understood that he hopes to arrange the purchase of the year’s-en-tire grain crop of Jugoslavia in exchange for German manufactures. Germany is already buying up Juvoslavian stocks of wool and cotton at 50 per cent, above the local prices.
