COURT OF ARBITRATION

SPECIAL SITTING AT WELLINGTON A special sitting of the Court of Arbitration will be held at Wellington, beginning at 10 a.m. on Monday, June 22. The court will consider the extension of the hours fixed by the Factories Amendment Act, 1936, and applications under the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Amendment Act for amendment of any existing awards or industrial agreements applicable to factories. Applications under the same act for amendment of any existing awards or industrial agreements, other than those applicable to factories, will also be considered. The personnel of the court will be his Honour Mr Justice Page, Mr W. Cecil Prime (employers’ representative), and Mr A. L. Monteith (workers’ representative).
