WELSH SONG SERVICE
There was a large attendance at the second anniversary of the monthly Welsh song services. The Rev. J. Tennent preached an appropriate sermon, based on Phillipians iii., 14: "Forgetting things that arc behind." A duet, "The Rugged Cross," was sung by Mesdames Bruce and Margetts. Mr R. J. Roberts read the Welsh lessons and prayers and Mr J. Griffiths rehearsed some famous Welsh hymn tunes at the end of the service. Miss C. James was the organist, and the collection was given to the Presbyterian orphanages.
