QUESTION PUT TO MINISTER

'From Our Parliamentary Reporter WELLINGTON, April 16.

The question of riparian rights in its widest sense was raised by Mr W, J. Lyon (Govt., Waitemata), in the House of Representatives to-day, in giving notice of a question to the Minister (the Hon. P. Fraser).
