MR J. EDWIN ORR ARRIVES [THE PRESS Special Service.] AUCKLAND, April 7. Continuing a world tour started two years ago with a capital of 2s 81d, a young Irish evangelist and author, Mr J. Edwin Orr, of London, arrived from Panama by the Rangitane. Mr Orr, who is accompanied by his secretary, Mr A. J. Sherriff, has travelled 100,000 miles in the last two years, and has come to New Zealand at the invitation of the New Zealand Bible Training Institute to speak at a Christian convention to be held at Ngaruawahia at Easter. He will spend a month in the Dominion before leaving for AusAlthough only 24 years of age, Mr Orr has already gained prominence as the author of several religious books, which sold to the number of 200,000 last year. His ability as a preacher is also well known, and in Chicago recently he addressed a crowd of 10,000 people at a dhristmas business mens rally. _____
