The day of the "expeditionary" film is over, says the Hollywood correspondent of a New -York newspaper. There will never be another "Chang," "Grasfe," or "Four Feathers," he says. Better jungle films can be concocted in Hollywood than in the heart of Africa. Even such an elaborately equipped party as that of Rear-Admi-ral Byrd had to return from the Antarctic to Hollywood for the making of nearly a third of his film about Little America. The film used to-day, highly sensitised to incandescent lighting, will not stand up under the rigours of a two-year trip, and the cost of transporting sound and other technicians is prohibitiva, ~ - ■ - ._
