PLEASANT RIDING.-Pursuant to Section 11 of “The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1926,'* and Amendments thereto, public notice is hereby given that a POLL of the Ratepayers in the Mt. Pleasant Riding in the County of Heathcote, and all persons entitled to vote on any proposal of the said Mt. Pleasant Riding to raise a loan in reference to the said Riding, wiU be taken on WEDNESDAY, the 29th day of April, 1936, upon the proposal of the Heathcote County Council (as published in “The Press” newspaper on the 30th March, 1936, and 14th April, 1936, and the “Star-Sun” newspaper on the 7th and 20th April', 1936) to raise a special loan of £3IOO for the purpose of carrying out certain works m the above Riding. The, said poll will commence at 9 am. and close at 6 pm. on the same day in the under-mentioned polling places— Minson’s Store, Sumner road, Mt.
