EROICA CLUB
ANNUAL MEETING HELD The annual meeting of the Eroica Club was held recently, and was presided over by Mrs T. D. Kendall. The statement of receipts and payments for 1935 showed the profit on the year’s workings to he £lO 2s Id. The club had, in common with other musical societies of the city, suffered in the last few years in its number of subscribers. However, the sound financial position of the club as disclosed in the statement, was very gratifying. , The following were elected officers' for 1936:—Patron, Mr Alfred Bunz* president, Miss E. Thomson; vice-pre-sident, Mrs T. D. Kendall; secretary. Miss A. Hewlett; . treasurer, Mrs C Lamb; committee, Mrs H, Cordery Misses M. Morrison and A. Allsop! Messrs N. Newson, D, Cow, and P Cooper; honorary auditor, Mr R T Tcsswill. - • '
