TOURISTS' COMPLAINTS
TO THE EDITOE Of THE PRESS. Sir,—l notice that nearly every tourist to this country has a complaint. Our hotel meals are not up to scratch, our advertising system is poor, our trains are slow, or numerous other way of ours are unsatisfactory. Now, I wonder if, upon visiting their various countries, we should find things managed any better. I admit there is room for improvement in any country, as nothing is exactly perfect, but I am sure New Zealand is doing her share of making herself attractive to visitors. —Yours, etc., SHINER.
