HOCKEY
WEST CHRISTCHURCH OLD GIRLS' CLUB
The sijsth annual meeting of the West Christchurch Old Girls' Hockey Club was held recently. Mr G. Perkin presided. The anuanl report and balance-sheet were adopted. Although the club had hot been so successful on the fields as in previous years, all teams showed a marked improvement towards the end of the season. The following officers were elected:™ Patron, Mrs Caddick; president, Mr G. Perkin; vice-presidents, Miss I. W. Best, Mrs Mace, Mrs R. Fraser, and Mr J. Robinson; club captain, Miss Gwen Stewart; secretary and treasurer, Miss Marjorie Fraser; auditor, Mr C. Perkin; delegates to the Canterbury Women's Hockey Association, the president and secretary; general committee. Misses P. Robinson, V. Mace, M. Hillsdon, J. Fraser, I. Brettell, R. Murray, R. Wilson, M. le Page. The opening day was fixed for March
