H. N. WIGGINS’S APPEAL FAILS (PEZSS ASSOCIATION TELEGBAH.) AUCKLAND, March 13. The appeal of .the jockey, H. N. Wiggins to the Auckland district committee against the-three* months’ suspension imposed upon him by the judicial committee of the Te Aroha Jockey Club for interference to Gay Broney shortly after the start of the Kerries Memorial Cup was heard this evening, and dismissed.- The suspension was confirmed, arfa Wiggins’s deposit of £5 was ordered to be forgeited.
