WOMEN’S CHAMPIONSHIP The Women’s Bowling Centre held its champion of champions singles competition this week at the Llnwood Bowling Club’s green, the winner being Mrs Olliver, •of the Shirley Club. Results: First Round—Mrs Heward (Beckenham) beat Mrs Campbell (Sydenham). Mrs Olliver (Shirley) beat Mrs Hennessy (Spreydon). . . . Second Round—Mrs Reward beat Mrs Sneddon (Llnwood), Mrs Oilivier beat Redcliffs by default. Final—Mrs Olliver beat Mrs Heward. Mr Mark Kershaw was green Umpire.
