PRECAUTIONS AGAINST AIR RAIDS
• « TRAINING ESTABLISHMENT IN BRITAIN RUGBY, February 25. Measures for precautions against air raids are outlined in Government documents which have just been issued. One of these gives details of the courses for the training of instructors at the civilian anti-gas school which is to be established in Gloucestershire, and the other describes the organisation recommended for dealing with damaged buildings and roads. The first course is to begin immediately after Easter. Members of the public services will first be trained, and arrangements will be made later for the instruction of employees of industrial and commercial undertakings of public importance. The main course lasts for two weeks and special courses for doctors, nurses, and chemists are contemplated.
