SWISS REPLY TO GERMANY
RIGHT TO REGULATE FOREIGN ORGANISATIONS „ (Received February 23, 8.4 p.m.) GENEVA, February 22. It is believed that the reply will assert Switzerland's indisputable right to regulate, as she chooses, foreign political organisations on her own soil.
