ARRESTED MAN ALLEGES VICTIMISATION
(Received February 16, 7.20 p.pi.) MELBOURNE, February 15. The arrest has been made at Hobart of Jack Anderson, also known as Patrick Brady, who at his third trial on charges of forgery and uttering was found guilty of uttering and was remanded for sentence. In an appeal to the iury Anderson recalled his association with the "shark arm" case in Sydney, and alleged that he had been "the victim of unscrupulous policemen." He asked the jury not to be influenced by that case. He did not know who had committed the murder.
