TO THB EDITOK OV THK PRBSS. Sir—The nations of the earth are preparing for war! After the last war there was a strong development of the "thought" that tlje nations of the earth can live without war, But this "thought" is not strong. It is beginning to die. Let us have another war before it is too late. Let each nation suffer agony. And the aftermath-a stronger development of the 'thought. -Yours, etc., EVO LUTION. Ashburton, February 15, 1936.
