(Received February 14, 7.5 p.m.) OTTAWA, February 13. * ’ Declaring that the Olympic winter sports, marked by wrangling over hockey, were a bad - advertisement for Canada, Mr' Thomas, Church', a, Toronto Conservative member, suggested in the House of Commons that, the time had come for tixe abandonment of the Olympic Games ' in favour of the Empire Games.'
