One employed in Ulster haa informed the scout headquarters in Belfast that he always obtains his boys from the scouts, and before* settling them in their jobs consults their scoutmaster as to any particular capabilities they may have shown in their scouting. According to the information he receives, he places some boys on the mechanical side of his business and others to the warehouse and office. He finds by using this method mat he gets really excellent results.
