A plea to the boys of St. Andrew's College to view the! navy in right perspective as a peace organism was made by Vice-Admiral J. E. T. Harper yes* terday afternoOn. Thfe headmaster, Mr J. B.' Nor was crime; but nobody had yet advanced a theory that crime, whtild disappear with the abolition of the police force.
