Pictures and the De Luxe Theatre Company, Ltd., the operation of the De Luxe Theatre, Wellington, now conies under the direct control of Warner Bros, and the De Luxe Theatre Company. It is believed to be the first time a controlling interest in a. theatre in New Zealand has been taken by a pictureproducing concern.
