* CABINET'S PROPOSALS CONSIDERATION BY BOARD THIS WEEK ITHK PRESS Special Service! WELLINGTON, January 20. It is expected that finality will be reached this week "on the proposals for the marketing of NewZealand's dairy produce. The Prime Minister (the Hon. M. J. Savage), the Minister for Finance (the Hon. Walter Nash), and the Minister for Agriculture (the Hon. W. Lee Martin) will confer tomorrow and draw up the Government's proposals which will be considered at a special meeting oi the Dairy Board on Thursday. There is a general anticipatioa that the Prime Minister will issue a statement as to the Government's attitude on the "question after the board's meeting.
