'i‘ ' I ATOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that I 1 at a Special Meeting of the Waimairi County Council, held on Friday, December 13th, 1935, the following resolution was passed and will be submitted for confirmation at a meeting of the Council, to be held at Papanui on the 12th dav of February, 1936. SPECIAL ORDER. “ “WHEREAS Thomas De la Mare, Contractor, of Leinster road, Christchurch, is the owner of Lot 15, D.P. 312 R.S. 143, which land is within the County of Waimairi and herein referred to as “the said land,” AND’WHEREAS the said Thomas De la Mare is desirous of erecting a dwelling house on part of the said land being Lot 1 Subdivision Plan Fendalton Extension No. 33.
