'i‘ ' I ATOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that I 1 at a Special Meeting of the Waimairi County Council, held on Friday, December 13th, 1935, the following resolution was passed and will be submitted for confirmation at a meeting of the Council, to be held at Papanui on the 12th dav of February, 1936. SPECIAL ORDER. “ “WHEREAS Thomas De la Mare, Contractor, of Leinster road, Christchurch, is the owner of Lot 15, D.P. 312 R.S. 143, which land is within the County of Waimairi and herein referred to as “the said land,” AND’WHEREAS the said Thomas De la Mare is desirous of erecting a dwelling house on part of the said land being Lot 1 Subdivision Plan Fendalton Extension No. 33. AND WHEREAS the said allotment would not have the full minimum area as required by Clause 138 of the Waimairi County Council By-law. 1934. as a site for a dwelling, AND WHEREAS the erection, of a dwelling house on such allotment would be a breach of the said Clause of the said Bylaw, AND WHEREAS full compli- • ance with the provisions of the said Bylaw would be ; a hardship, and the said Thomas De la Mare has applied to the Waimairi County Council to dispense with the full compliance with the said Bylaw;- NOW THEREFORE the Waimairi County Council hereby resolves by way of Special Order that full compliance with the provisions of tho said Clause of the said Bylaw be, and is hereby dispensed with, in respect to the said allotment and it shall be lawful for the said Thomas De la Mare to erect a dwelling house on such allotment PROVIDED ALWAYS that nothing 1 herein contained shall be deemed to 1 authorise the erection of any dwelling house without full compliance 1 WJ .*P,_ aß ' other provision's of the said Bylaw.” G.
