JEW REFUGEES FROM GERMANY
I'LAN SUBMITTED TO LEAGUE (Received December 9, 7.5 p.m.) LONDON, December 8. The correspondent of "The Times" at Geneva states that a Jewish agency in Palestine, pointing' out that the latest German legislation makes existence tor Jews in Germany impossible, submits to the refugee experts of the League of Nations a plan calculated to meet the needs of 200.000 Germans, who, it is anticipated, will leave Germany in the next eight or 10 years. The agency says that the league is the only body capable of negotiating with the German or other Governments to make the necessary provision.
