After hearing long argument by both counsel, his Honour adjourned the case until this morning, suggesting that the parties in the meantime should see if it were not possible to come to an agreement. °Mr M. 6. Barnett, of Wellington, appeared for Fountain and Mr J. H. Upham for C. R. Hawkins. Ltd.
