A NOVEL CHRISTMAS ATTRACTION HAY'S ROOF TRANSFORMED INTO A JUNGLE OPENING THIS AFTERNOON AT 2.30 Something quite unUsual by way of a Christmas attraction has been arranged by Hay's, Ltd. Their big roof has been turned into a jungle and many things that one would expect to find in a jungle will be found there. A regular menagerie of live animals and birds has suddenly found its way to Hay's roof. A sure attraction to young and old is two live deer reared from babyhood' by a Methven family. Children will love to See these animals, which are so closely associated with Father Christmas. Other attractions in the juixgle include a pair of beautiful peacocks, live opossums, birds of all kinds, a live penguin, imd so on. King Solomon's Cave, with its many surprises, will be a never-end-ing source of delight to the youngsters. A stream runs through the jungle; and there are waterfalls,, fountains, and many other novelties. The - merry-go-round and the switch- „ back railway will be -tremen- fdously popular.
