BAND CONCERTS
The following programme will be played by the band of the Ist Canterbury Regiment Infantry on tha city band rotunda on Thursday, at 8 p.m.: March, "Round the Town"; waltz, "Woodland Blossoms"; march, "Flag Lieutenant"; cornel solo, polka, "The Pro," by Bandsman W. Unwin; march, "Sandhurst"; trombone solo, "Send Forth the Call," by Bandsman V. Blackett; selection, "Henry Bishop's Songs"; march, "Loyalty"; march, "Ravenswood." - A concer; will be given by members of the Woolston Band at Linwood Park at 8 o'clock this eyening. The following! is the programme:—March, "Liberlungen" (Wagner); overture, "Gazza Lr.dra" (Rossini); cornet solo, "Lady Caprice" (Remoir), played by W. Steven&on; hymn, "Peace, Perfect' Peace"; tiombone solo, "'Neath Austral Skies" (Code), played by E. Williams; cornet solo, "Josselis Serenade," played by R. Simpson; descriptive, "Fox and Hounds"; march, "Half-and-lialf' (Morrison).
