NEW THEATRE SITE IN AUCKLAND
A rapid transformation is taking place in the sky-line at the corner of Wellesley street east and Lome street, City, where old buildings are being pulled down to make room for the new Embassy Theatre, It, is anticipated (says Thursday's "New Zealand Herald") that the demolition work will be almost completed at the end of the week, and the new structure will be commenced immediately.. It is hoped that the new theatre-will be ready for occupation by the. end, of February or early,'in March.' .
