THE LIEDERKRANZCHEN
PINAL SUBSCRIPTION CONCERT IN RADIANT HALL The final subscription concert of the current season will be presented in the Radiant Hall on Wednesday, December 4. The programme includes part songs by Walford Davies, Colin Taylor, Rutland Boughton, and a fine choral ballad by WolstenhOlme. Solos will be sung by "Miss Mary Garland, Mr&H. J. QuarrelL Mrs R. Broadbelt, and Mr J. E. Mason. Duets will be sung by Misses Lilian and Constance Church, and Miss Adelalnnes and Mrs R. Sherris. The assisting artist at this concert will be Wynne Lorraine Simpson, the 13-year-old daughter of Mr and Mrs P. W. Simpson. This talented child soloist is to play the Liszt pianoforte concerto in E flat Major. Mrs F. W. Simpson will be at the second piano, and will also act as accompaniste. for the choir.
