NEGRO KILLED BY MOB
o SEIZED FROM POLICE CHARGE OF SLAPPING WHITE WOMAN (Received November 5, 9.51 p.m.) WHITE BLUFF (Tennessee), November 4. Baxter Bell, aged 45, a negro, who was accused of slapping a w r hite woman, was seized from the police by a mob to-day, taken several miles from the town, shot in the chest, and killed. His body was thrown into a thicket.
