FRIENDLY MATCH In a match at Barrington Street Park, Ashby, Bergh's defeated the Monarch Cricket Club by 96 runs to 41. For Ashby Bergh's, Columbus, with 40. was tha highest scorer. Bowling tor Monarch, R. Black took three wickets for eight runs, and C. Schultz two for 20. R. Crowther (19) was the highest scorer for Monarch. For Ashby Bergh's. Moore and Smith were the most effective bowlers.
