WHITEBAIT SENT BY AIR
♦ CARGO FOR WELLINGTON To take advantage of the high prices resulting from a shortage of the commodity in Wellington, a firm of fish merchants commissioned the Canterbury Aero Club to transport 600 pounds of whitebait to the northern city by air yesterday. The cargo was flown to Wellington by the commercial pilot to the club, Mr J. J. Busch.
