A BROADCAST TALK CANCELLED
SOCIAL CREDIT IN ALBERTA [From Our Parliamentary Reporter.] WELLINGTON, September 20. The cancellation of a broadcast talk on social credit in Alberta was referred to the Postmaster-General (the Hon. Adam Hamilton) by Mr H. Atmore (Ind., Nelson) in an urgent question in the House of Representa-j tives. • The Minister said that he had . made enquiries from the Broadcasting Board, which controlled the programmes, and that he had been informed that the talk mentioned by Mr 1 Atmore was not being broadcast. He 1 stated to-day that in his opinion such a subject would be suitable for a debate between two speakers rather than for an exposition by one.
