POWER FOR HEARING IN CAMERA SOUGHT tFrom Our Parliamentary Reporter.] WELLINGTON. September; 17. Notice of his intention to introduce a destitute persons amendment bill was given by Mr H. M. Rushworth (Ind., Bay of Islands) in the House of Representatives to-day. The bill seeks to give the court power to hear affiliation cases in camera on the application of either party, a principle embodied in a bill prepared by Mrs E. R. McCombs last session.
