Spopner, L. Guild, D. Pulton, M. Balch, and P. Robinson. AKAROA DOMAIN CLUB The fortieth annual meeting.of the Akaroa Domain Tenuis Club was held in tho Akaroa Borough Council Chambers. In the absence of the president (It# P. R. B. Davis), Mr Eves prissided. The report stated that the club had had a successful season, retaining both tho Surprise and Rhodes Cups. The balance-sheet showed a credit of £B9 10s Id, an increase of £6 18s 6d on Ihe previous year. The report and balance-sheet wofre adopted. Miflfs ,&'• Brown and Mr W, I. BELFAST CLUB Tho annual meeting of the tennis section of the Belfast Sports Club was ield in the pavilion in Sheldon Pork. Mr L. Neale presided.
The balance-sheet, which showed, a credit balance of £5, was adopted. Mr P. R. Harman, of the Canterbury Lavm Tennis Association, addressed the meeting on tho financial position of Wilding Park, and a motion was carried instructing the club's delegate to vota in favour of the proposal to increase the levy. It was decided to enter ono team, in tlio Canterbury Lawn Tennis Association's competitions. The following officers were elected:—-Com-raitlee, Messrs 15. HassaU (secretary), K. J. Halligan, L. Neale, L. Scanes, and I. Scanea; club captain and delegate to centre, Mr G. Hassall; delegate to Belfast SpOrts Club, Mr L. Nenle.
