THE NAVY LEAGUE

MONTHLY COMMITTEE MEETING HELD , Air Marshal Sir Robert Clark-Hall presided at the monthly meeting of the general committee of the Canterbury (New Zealand) branch of the Navy League, held in the leagued rooms last evening. The financial statement showed a loss on the month's working of £2 10s, though the period ended with a credit balance of £27 Is sd. The women's auxiliary committee had forwarded a donation of £lO. It was decided to send a message frcm the branch to the annual Trafalgar. Day dinner to be held in London on October 21.
