i FOOTBALLER'S PAST TIME i CPKESfI ASSOtIiTIOH TBLIGSAM.) AUCKLAND, July 26. Thirteen competitors laced the starter in the "Wheelbarrow Derby," tvhich started this morning from Onehunga to Auckland. There was a compulsory stop at Newmarket, and the race ended at a Queen street theatre this afternoon. Lou Brown, a well-known League footballer, upset the promoters' calculations by covering the six miles to Newmarket in one hour exactly. He jog-trotted newly all the way.
